Ending Summer Out East
This year has been about connection and growth. I’ve had the chance to meet inspiring leaders, exchange ideas, and learn from people doing incredible things. One of the highlights was spending time Out East to wrap up the summer with friends, mentors, and great conversations.
It’s funny to think about how my relationship with New York has changed. I used to live there and dreaded going back. Now, the adrenaline of spending a week in the city and returning home leaves me excited and recharged. The energy, creativity, and people always spark something new in me.
At The Trade Desk, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of the lean team managing the Family Office and our data philanthropy work. We’ve made meaningful progress in raising awareness and creating strategies that use data for good. Being part of a company that’s growing quickly while staying grounded in purpose has been both inspiring and humbling.
This summer was filled with memorable moments. I had the chance to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation, watch incredible tennis, and spend time with thoughtful people talking about life, leadership, and how we can create positive change.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how manifestation is real. So many of the things I dreamed about last year are now part of my reality. The shift came from setting boundaries, prioritizing myself, and trusting the process. It’s incredible what a single year of growth can do. I’m grateful for the hard seasons because they make the good moments feel even more meaningful.
Lesson of the Season
Growth doesn’t always feel comfortable, but it always leads somewhere better. When you start trusting yourself, protecting your energy, and allowing good things in, life has a way of meeting you halfway.
